Provider configuration

Go to Settings > General Settings > Contacts
Choose SMS provider SMS Tools SK
Fill API key and other optional fields

Incoming messages(replies from customers) and delivery status configuration

Go to Settings > General Settings > Contacts
Enable Incoming messages
Copy UUID token
Set callback URL in smstools.sk account Administrácia -> Nastavenia -> Callback

Callback URL: https://yourdomain.com/smstoolssk/token

If you want to be able to receive messages, you must purchase a VLN (5€/monthly) here

Text identifier(Sender name)

You can set any text ID you want, but then you will not be able to receive messages. If you want to receive, you only need to fill out a VLN.

VLN

Be attentive, it is necessary to put VLN only what you have purchased. Otherwise, the recipient will receive your message with the sender's name "INFO".
